What counts as a location? +
A physical venue with its own booking calendar, kiosk and staff. Studio includes one; Growth adds unlimited extra locations at $83$59US$59 /mo each under one organization with shared reporting.
How does the free trial work? +
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — full platform access, no setup fees. Prefer a longer runway? Use code LAUNCH90 for 90% off your first 3 months instead.
Are there any per-booking or transaction fees? +
No per-booking fees. Card payments run through your own Stripe account at standard Stripe rates (about 2.9% + 30¢ in the US), and Revyn adds a small platform fee on card payments — 2% on Studio, 1% on Growth, 0.5% on Enterprise (50¢ minimum per transaction). That's it: your flat subscription plus transparent card fees.
Do I need special hardware? +
No. The check-in kiosk runs on any iPad or Android tablet, and in-person payments work with Stripe Terminal card readers you can order directly from Stripe.
Can I bring my existing customer list? +
Yes — import customers during onboarding and your waiver history, marketing consents and profiles carry over.
What happens if I cancel? +
You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Your data stays exportable, and we honor GDPR/CCPA data-rights requests including full deletion.
